Oscar Cheng

Oscar Cheng is a senior B.S. student in Environmental Science and Computer Science at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Their undergraduate research spans plant pathology and soil ecology, including leading controlled studies on fungal Pythium species and analyzing soil samples of Wisconsin forests. As an Arboretum Land Care Intern, they also worked in native prairie restoration and threatened-species monitoring. He works with R, Python, Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, ArcGIS, and Git.
